The acquisition is an asset transaction involving the acquisition of a number of leading domain names in the pet sector including the format for the TV program, Pets TV, in addition to Hunting Instinct. The board believes that after this acquisition, a phase has now begun where the pet owner can turn to NPRM for a wide range of products and services for her pet.
With this acquisition, NPRM is fulfilling its strategy to grow through strategic acquisitions in addition to organic growth. NPRM expects this acquisition to contribute to earnings per share and further strengthen its equity.
