Nederlandse Paarden Registratie Maatschappij NV (NPRM) announces that its major shareholder Schaaij Beheer en Diensten B.V. has reduced its stake in NPRM from 66.8% to 54.5% by selling shares to three new shareholders at a weighted average price of EUR 4.92 per share. As previously announced, NPRM is in the process of listing NPRM shares on Euronext Growth Oslo, and the transaction aims to increase NPRM’s free float when listed. The sale of the shares to the three new shareholders may be reversed if listing on Euronext Growth Oslo is not achieved.

As announced previously, NPRM is working to obtain a listing of its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo, and the transaction aims to increase NPRM’s free float upon listing. The sale of the shares to the three new shareholders can be reversed in the event that the Euronext Growth Oslo listing is not achieved.
