The board of NPRM NV announces that it has reached agreement with Online Vet Pharmacies B.V. on the acquisition of the webshop Dierenapotheek.nl and the German drpetcare.nl. This acquisition gives further substance to the strong buy & build strategy of NPRM NV.
This acquisition will further boost the synergy of the various divisions within NPRM NV, including the link with the PetApp.

An online store with a wide range of veterinary medicines, animal care products, dietary supplements and dietary food for your dog, cat, rodent and bird. Meanwhile Dierenapotheek.nl has grown into a serious player in the (veterinary) pet market and is growing well in recent years. The founder of Dierenapotheek.nl, Mr. Martin Hovius, remains involved after the acquisition as veterinarian

In addition to the acquisition of Dierenapotheek.nl, NPRM NV also acquires the German activities of a webshop operating under the name www.drpetcare.de. The purchase price for this acquisition will be paid in cash.
The board of NPRM NV is in discussions with acquisition candidates to further develop the platform within the animal sector according to the company’s strategy.
